I could not more highly recommend Adonis Curammeng as a realtor. His professionalism, patience in explaining the selling process during this unique housing market was exceptional. My brother and I were in the unfortunate situation of having to sell our mother's home after she passed away unexpectedly. I reside in Europe and my brother is in the US. Adonis worked with both of us in order to not only quickly sell our mother's condominium, but how to efficiently work through the process and electronic paperwork considering different timezones and tight deadlines. He was always one step ahead, communicating any potential challenges which made the difference when two different stagers had to pull out of preparing the condo for our Open House. Adonis went the extra mile- even as far as helping the cleaning person when the second staff member called in sick before the Open House, ensuring our fragile goods were wrapped and prepared (with the help of his business partner!) for the shipping company arrival when they had to come earlier than expected and taking our garage shelves down when we realized they were bolted versus temporary after the sale of our home. We never asked him- he did this on his own volition to ensure we were able to make our goal of clearing and selling in less than one month. We not only made the goal with Adonis, we got a selling price we never thought imaginable due to his skill in negotiation. Any anxiousness I felt during the selling process, he managed with confidence and a light-hearted attitude. If I ever need to sell or buy a home in California again- he would be the first realtor I would contact without hesitation.
