My brother and I were in the unfortunate situation of having to sell our mother's home after she passed away unexpectedly. I reside in Europe and my brother is in the US. Adonis worked with both of us in order to not only quickly sell our mother's condominium, but how to efficiently work through the process and electronic paperwork considering different timezones and tight deadlines. We not only made the goal with Adonis, we got a selling price we never thought imaginable due to his skill in negotiation. Any anxiousness I felt during the selling process, he managed with confidence and a light-hearted attitude. If I ever need to sell or buy a home in California again- he would be the first realtor I would contact without hesitation.
